Q1. How to register your account under client account on ComplyBook?
- Go to our website www.complybook.com and scroll down to the green button with “register client” on it.
- Click on it and you’ll find a page naming “Client Registration” with entries to be filled.
- Fill in the registration form and click on submit.
- We will create your account from the back-end and send you an email of confirmation.
- In that confirmation mail you will find a link that will confirm your registration on ComplyBook.
- Click on the link for confirming and setting the password.
- After the password is set, your account will be created.
Q2. How to register your account under Compliance Manager on ComplyBook?
- Go to our website www.complybook.com and scroll down to the green button with “compliance manager” on it.
- Click on it and you’ll find a page naming “Compliance Manager Registration” with entries to be filled.
- Fill in the registration form and click on submit.
- We will create your account from the back-end and send you an email of confirmation.
- In that confirmation mail you will find a link that will confirm your registration on ComplyBook.
- Click on the link for confirming and setting the password.
- After the password is set, your account will be created.
Q3. How to change the password?
- After you have logged in on your account on ComplyBook, you will see a header in green color where ComplyBook is written.
- On the extreme right of the header you will find a drop box under the profile image which on clicking on provides the text “My Account” written on it.
- Scroll down the entries on the drop box and find the option of “Edit Profile”.
- Click on the “Edit Profile” and scroll down to look for the option “Change Password”.
- Enter your old password, the new password, and your new password again in the blank provided in front of Confirm Password (for confirming the new password).
- After filling the three blank entries, click on submit.
- Once your password has been changed by our support team from the back-end, you will receive a confirmation mail.
- The confirmation mail will let you know that your password has been successfully changed.
Q4. What to do when you forget your password?
- Go to www.complybook.com and there you will see a login option at the top of the page. Click on it.
- After clicking on it, you will be taken to a page where you can login using your email id and password.
- If a red-colored pop up appears on top of the login box saying- “Invalid username or password, try again”, then below the login box you will find “?Forgot Password”.
- Click on the “Forgot Password”
- It takes you to the new page which will ask you to enter your email id.
- Enter your email id and press enter/on the white arrow.
- Go to www.complybook.com and on clicking on login, login with your email id and new password.
- If you wish to change your password, follow the steps of “how to change the password?”.
Q5. How to change the profile image?
- Follow the steps given in the question “how to change the password?”
- Under the “Profile Image” section, drag your mouse in the white space under it until the mouse brings out a green-colored circle.
- When you bring your mouse over the circle, you will see a text box of “User Profile” right over the camera present in the middle of the green circle.
- Click on the camera with the user profile.
- It takes you to the new page which will ask you to enter your email id.
- When you click on it, it will bring a page with an “Upload Profile Picture” text written on top.
- Click on the choose file button and then select the image you wish to upload.
- The profile picture is to be adjusted into the circle. To adjust the image into the circle, there is a line provided below the image with a round on top of it which is to be dragged on the line to minimise and maximise the picture in the circle.
- After you have adjusted the picture in the circle, click on “Upload” and your picture will be shown into the circle.
Q6. How to change the email address?
- Follow the steps given in the question “how to change the password?”
- Scroll down to the “Profile”.
- Click on the “Email address” and enter the new email id
- Then click on “Submit”.
- The support team will then change your previous email address to your new email address in 24 to 48 business hours.
Q7. How to delete the profile?
- Follow the steps given in the question “how to change the password?”
- Scroll down to the “Delete Profile” option.
- Click on the “click here”.
- You will receive an email to confirm the deletion of your profile.
- Your profile will be deleted within 7 business days.
Q8. How to search for compliance?
- When you log into your account, you will see the tab with a Dashboard on the extreme left.
- In the same row, “Compliance” is also written(second to the Dashboard).
- When you click on “Compliance” two options will open, “All Compliance” and “BPCAT”.
- Click on the “All Compliance”.
- Under the “All Compliance” page you will find a search bar on the right.
- Click on the search bar and search for the specific compliance you require from all the compliances present on ComplyBook.
Q9. How to view the timeline of the compliance?
- There are two ways to view the timeline of your compliance:

1. Follow the steps given on the “How to search for a compliance?”
- Under the search bar you will find “Action”.
- Under the Action there are two icons. Click on icon with a circle which says “Timeline” when you move you mouse over it.
- Click on the icon of “Timeline”.
- After clicking you will be taken to a new page “Compliance Timeline”.

- Click on the compliance of whose timeline you wish to see.
- After clicking on that compliance you will see a header with the “Compliance Name:”
- On the right side of that header there’s two icon. One with “View Timeline” and “View Alerts”.
- Click on the “View Timeline”.
- After clicking you will be taken to a new page “Compliance Timeline”.
- Click on the “All Compliance”.
- Under the “All Compliance” page you will find a search bar on the right.
- Click on the search bar and search for the specific compliance you require from all the compliances present on ComplyBook.
Q10. How to change the status of compliance on the timeline?
- Note: “A client cannot change the status of the compliance on the timeline, it is under the CCM or the sub-user to change it”.
Q11. How to add a reply to the compliance?
- Follow the steps given on “How to view the timeline of the compliance”.
- When you are on the page “Compliance Timeline” scroll down and you will see an option “Add reply”.
- Add your reply on the box given under it.
- Then scroll down and click on “Submit Reply”.
Q12. How to attach a file to the comment on the compliance?
- Follow the steps given on “How to add a reply to the Compliance”.
- Scroll down and below the “Add reply” tab you will see a box “Drop files here to upload”.
- Click on it and attach the file.
- After attaching the file click on the “Submit Reply”.
